Summit all six mountains or volunteer as trail crew!
THE MOUNTAINS
THE CHALLENGE
The mountains in the Moosehead Pinnacle Pursuit offer panoramic views from each corner of the Moosehead Lake region. →
This challenge is the perfect way to get to know the hikes in the area! Hike at your own pace and enjoy the views, or pick a week and check each mountain off the list! Want to finish the challenge but don’t have a week? Get started early each day and shorten your agenda by pairing up Borestone and Number Four, and Kineo and Big Moose. We suggest you leave White Cap and Eagle Rock each to their own day. You do not have to finish all of these hikes in one trip! You can visit the Moosehead Lake Region multiple times to complete your hikes. The Moosehead Lake area offers expansive views and limitless opportunities to explore.
